My Shift Roster
The page to open with your morning coffee: am I working today, when's the next 12, what's the rest of the week worth — answered in one screen, from the roster you already saved.
Set up your roster once — it takes 30 seconds
Open the calendar for the rotation your crew runs, enter your cycle start, and My Roster takes over from there.
One roster, every answer
Most schedule apps want your employer's system, your email, or a subscription to show you tomorrow. My Roster flips that: you describe your rotation once on a pattern calendar — Pitman (2-2-3), DuPont, 4-on 4-off or a fixed 3×12 week — and this page becomes your daily home base.
Every visit shows today and tomorrow at a glance, a live countdown to your next 12 with its start and end times, and gross-pay projections computed over your real rotation — including the weeks where a Pitman five-shift stretch or a DuPont night block quietly crosses into overtime. Shift start times are yours to set, because 07:00 at one hospital is 06:45 at the next.
Built for the 3 a.m. brain
After a night shift nobody wants to do calendar math. That is why the whole page answers three questions only: Am I on today? When is the next one? What is it worth? Everything is stored on the device you set it up on, loads instantly, and works offline once the page has loaded — no login standing between you and your own schedule.
FAQ
- How do I save my shift schedule to My Roster?
- Open the calendar for your rotation — Pitman (2-2-3), DuPont, 4-on 4-off or a fixed 3×12 — enter your cycle start date or pick your weekdays, and it saves automatically in your browser. My Roster then reads it every time you visit.
- Does My Roster sync between my phone and computer?
- Not in v1 — by design. Your roster never leaves your browser, which is why there is no account, no email and nothing to leak. Use it on the device you actually check between shifts (usually your phone).
- How does it know what a shift pays?
- It reuses the rate, overtime model and premiums you set in the 12-hour pay calculator. Change them there and every projection here updates. Projections track the federal 40-hour weekly budget across your actual rotation, or California daily overtime per shift.
- My crew swaps shifts — can I track that?
- Change your cycle start date on the pattern calendar to match the swapped block, and My Roster follows. A dedicated swap log is on the roadmap.
